Inventory Policy

At HIGH LEVEL CPA LLC, we strive to keep our catalog up to date and accurately reflect product availability across our home and garden selection. Below is our policy regarding inventory management, backorders, and stock updates.

1. Real-Time Stock Availability

We make every effort to display real-time inventory counts on HighLevelCPA.Shop.

In Stock: Products marked "In Stock" are available at our main fulfillment facility in Sheridan, Wyoming, and are ready for processing within 1 to 2 business days.
Limited Quantity: Items with limited stock are sold on a first-come, first-served basis upon checkout completion. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock until payment is processed.

2. Inventory Accuracy & Out-of-Stock Items

Despite our best efforts to maintain exact inventory records, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If an item you ordered becomes out of stock or unavailable due to inventory errors, we will notify you via email at Contact@HighLevelCPA.Shop as soon as possible.
You will be offered the option to wait for the item to be restocked, substitute it with an equivalent home or garden product, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Seasonal Products & Restocks

Many of our home decor and garden maintenance supplies are seasonal. Stock availability for these items may vary depending on the time of year. If a seasonal item sells out, restock times may depend on vendor availability. You can sign up on the product page or contact support to check on future restock dates.

4. Pre-Orders & Backorders

We occasionally offer select new release or high-demand garden items for pre-order:

Payment: Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.
Shipping Estimates: Estimated dispatch dates for pre-ordered items will be listed on the product page.
Cancellations: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime before the item enters fulfillment by contacting customer support.
