Welcome to HIGH LEVEL CPA LLC. These Billing Terms & Conditions govern your purchases on HighLevelCPA.Shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the billing policies outlined below.

1. Payment Terms & Currency

Currency: All prices listed on our website and transactions processed are in USD ($).
Immediate Billing: Your selected payment method will be charged immediately upon order placement at checkout.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason, including authorization issues or stock limitations.

2. Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept the following payment options through our secure Shopify checkout gateway:

Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.
Express Checkouts: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

3. Shipping Costs & Sales Tax

Shipping Rates: Orders shipped within the United States are charged a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping (3–5 business days).
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your state and local tax laws.

4. Payment Security & PCI Compliance

We prioritize the security of your financial information:

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at Contact@HighLevelCPA.Shop or +1 (779) 290-6360. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped from our Sheridan, Wyoming facility, it cannot be canceled; however, you can return it for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Disputes: If you experience any billing discrepancies, please contact our support team first so we can assist you directly before opening a dispute with your bank.
